Refund policy

At One Stop Fashion EU, our main goal is to provide customers with quality items and at an affordable price. You may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged in transit or is the incorrect item.

We accurately describe the authenticity of each item, dupes will have dupes written in the description always, we are transparent about what we sell. 

All orders are processed with secure payment verification and detailed delivery tracking. Fraudulent payment disputes or false chargebacks will be contested with proof of delivery and order records.
