Shipping policy

At One Stop Fashion EU, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery taking 3–7 business days within the EU and 5–14 business days internationally. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing full tracking details; please note that international orders outside the EU may incur local customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Under EU consumer regulations, we take full responsibility for items until they reach you, so if your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at: one.stopfashioneu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.
